1. Service Description

Swapio provides a platform for users to exchange unused gift cards for cash payouts via PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Bitcoin, or Bank Transfer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use Swapio. You must own the gift cards you submit and have the legal right to transfer them.

3. Accepted Gift Cards

Swapio accepts gift cards from the brands listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify the list of accepted brands at any time. Cards must have a balance between $10 and $5,000 and must be valid, unused, and not reported as lost or stolen.

4. Fees and Payouts

Swapio charges a 5% service fee on all swaps. The fee is displayed before you submit your card. Payout amounts are calculated as 95% of the verified card balance. Payouts are sent to the method and account details you provide at submission.

5. Verification Process

All gift cards are subject to verification before payout. Swapio reserves the right to decline any submission if the card is invalid, already redeemed, reported stolen, or otherwise ineligible. Declined submissions will not result in a payout.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a swap, including card details, contact information, and payout account details. You are responsible for ensuring your payout account information is correct. Swapio is not liable for payouts sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Swapio to submit stolen, fraudulent, or illegally obtained gift cards. You may not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or circumvent our verification systems. Violations may result in account termination and referral to law enforcement.

8. Order Codes

Upon submission, you will receive a unique order code (format: SWP-XXXXXX). This code is your reference for tracking and support inquiries. Keep it safe.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swapio is provided "as is." We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payout providers, verification issues beyond our control, or losses resulting from inaccurate user-provided information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Swapio after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
